@risa2000 i’ve reinstall windows 10, there is just one driver now but almost same issue… i have now Missing VC composent Aswell.

@TrevorVR not sure probably best to file a ticket. Doman.chen might still do Teamviewer. Someone in @Asales can likely help get Ticket to assigned to tech support personel. Just post Ticket number.

Usually included in most pitool releases. @light has unpacked installer to setup custom install location & likely knows exact version needed. Not sure why MS hasn’t harmonized VC like directx.
How many screens do you have hooked up? If more than 1 try to reduce to 1 display + headset. If VC redistrubute doesn’t solve DP connection

Thanks Light might be in an earlier version. I can’t say for certain but think it might be 2005 one as Recall a lot of games if mem serves installs that one.
The all vc link I posted I think ut installs all versions. But @Alex.liu which Visual C redistrubute does pimax require?
@C-Dric have you tried clicking on the diagnose message? As I recall some of them will opt to install missing peices.

@Heliosurge @risa2000 Thanks, i’ve clicked on the link of the diagnose solution, it sent me to a link to dl, the vc (in chinese version). i installed it so now there is “just” the displayport not detected issue left
i use one monitor only
Done.
I did some testing, I don’t think I can repack pitool installers because theres a special code section that is encrypted. Otherwise I’d be able to build a program that automatically unpacked and repacked an edited installer file. I’m not that good.

Found more info. Looks like it tries to run versions 12 13 and 15.

Have you tried hooking up only the primary monitor to DP and the 5K+ (no other DP devices) ?

All my DP/HDMi works fine alone and on multiples screen. My rift s works on both of my display ports.

Yeah not good it’s still not working. @MrAhlefeld is referring to with my 5k+ it only detects on DP2 while my 8k works on dp1.
If you haven’t try switching DP and if possible even try monitor on hdmi.(Though shouldn’t matter)
My hmd is stuck.on error 10600 since xmas eve.been trying everything and no success.
