my order just says payment processed ā¦ no information on shipping at all ? hmmm whats going on? I ordered on the 4th of Novemberā¦
Keep checking, thatās what mine said up until the order actually arrived. No joke. The info showed up right next to the link to the shipping info (SH/blahblah/date).
This is frustrate! I ordered Plan-F 2 months ago. If you cannot deliver to South Korea, then You should mention it at least a week after I pay. Just say that after I ask when I can get the devices? That is very bad. I just wasted my time. You guys make me wait for two months and suggest a refund? That is very irresponsible.
I donāt understand why you cannot deliver it to me. Why you cannot purchase multiple units from Valve and send it to us? I hope you find out the solution for us who live in other regions.
Who is the person shipping the controllers to us? Is a Vavle employee or a Pimax employee? Iām asking this because Valve refuse to sell for Delivery service in US three month ago.
If you really cannot solve the problem, then Can you deliver to a Korean delivery service in US? I think You can get my units and send to delivery service.

UK backer here. SO7242 for plan f. Any updates? Iām moving house at the end of the month so if itās not going to be shipped soon I need to change the address

The Plan F will mostly deliver by Feb for EU region. We will confirm you whether we can make the shipment to UK by end of this month, if we are not capable to do this. We will assist you to change the shipping address.

Sorry for the mistakes we made on your purchase. Due to the agreement, we are only assigned to distribute the Index set to certain region (where stated above). We are so sorry that we canāt make access to all regions by now. We are the one who do shipping those Index sets to our customers, but not Valve employee.
For the request you mentioned (delivery to a third-party courier in US), you need to talk with Sally, as we canāt make any changes on your ticket nor we do have the rights to do so.

Got my Plan F in the mail today.
They emailed me a tracking number earlier this week and it came via UPS ground. The original valve index controller box was there, they just flipped the inside container upside down to squeeze the lighthouses in there as well.

Hey Rawb, when did you happen to order it/pay for the upgrade? Trying to get a feel for how far out mine might be. I upgraded on Jan 2nd.
I bought the Plan F on November 14th. However, I have a backer number in the 10ās, so Iām not sure if they took that in to consideration.

You should receive the Plan F soon, as the sets are started to deliver since last 2 weeks, and yours are on its way to your doorplace. You will receive the tracking number via mailing. So we assume within these few days.
