@PimaxQuorra Hi, you said in a private message 8 days ago that you would check forward my order and check on the status. I sent a follow up three days ago and yesterday and still havenāt heard anything. You said it might take a few days, so 8 is well over a few. Sadly, it seems I have to go back to posting on the forum as putting questions out for the world to see seems many times the only way to get traction over the last few months. Please assist. Thanks.

My inquiry was met by
"Index controllers and base stations (PLAN F) - have now begun delivery to addresses throughout the United States and will quickly be followed by Canada, European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. "
so just general info. Wasnāt particularly helpful.
When can Koreans get base stations? I mean kickstarter products, not Plan F.
I was given tracking for another customer in another state. Then they checked again and said it should ship the next day. No further response or tracking sent.
Another week passes and still no lighthouse or controller. And no sign of a tracking numberā¦ @PimaxQuorra can someone please look into where my order is? Thanks.

I would also like an update on the UK shipment. Was told early Jan, then late Jan and now reading the past replies from Quorra it seems like they are going to try to delivery them before the end of February.
An update with a near accurate delivery prediction will be much appreciated.

Me tooā¦ You told me the controllers and basestations are allready on its way to Amazon EU- Warehouse and that they will send out from there recently. That was almost two weeks ago and nothing happened.
So please check my order SO6062 and tell me when i will receive it!!!

Bump as we were told end of Jan for UK and heard no word yet. Any update? I picked plan f because I was of the understanding it would be available before pimax own solution but as we creep ever closer to the supposed date the sense controller will come out that decision becomes an increasingly bad one apart from Half-Life Alyx
