Any other backers get the Valve controller and base station option?

I asked for further updates and was told I needed to pay an additional $29 freight charge. I wish they didn’t hold my money for two months before telling me this though.

What happens if you need warranty service?

Had to send my left controller back after 3 weeks because of faulty ministick. Valve sent out a replacement before I got the “prepaid” RMA label and paperwork for the return.
I sent it back last Friday. They got it today and I got the replacement today, as well.

Is there any way to know when those people who’ve ordered Plan F actually have their equipment shipped?

Actually some of them did started to get the Plan F. But we are not quite sure of the order date.

@PimaxQuorra do we know what the status of shipments is? I haven’t heard/received anything yet, and I ordered 20 days ago. Currently in the US, backer #4291.

I also am waiting on order SO6125. I was told to pay extra shipping since kickstarter fee did not cover and did it about a week ago. I hope I don’t have to wait until after the holiday since they said shipments were already coming to a USA warehouse 3 weeks ago when I asked.

@PimaxQuorra if you are offereing, i would be interrested in my order: SO6060 too.
the extra shipping fee was paid on christmas and to arrive in early february it should have been sent last week, since i doubt it will get here per airplane and per ship takes like 2 weeks.

@PimaxQuorra I ordered the “plan F” on November 14.2019. Can you look into why the Base stations and Index Controllers were not shipped? The last communication from support was Jan 20, 2020. I paid the shipping costs.

Hello, I am the backer 942, I never received all the accessories planned, and my supplement of 100 euros ??? It’s February 09, 2020, and I haven’t changed my postal address? Frankly I am more than stuffed with this kikstarter, I guarantee you that it is the last time that I would take this risk !!! So what should I do, still wait ?! Or is it still normal ?!

We are all in the same boat. I’d say just wait till may / june and you should have most accessories hopefully.

To get the $100 credit for bumping down to the 5K you need to file a support ticket here. Then after a week or two they’ll eventually get back to you and message you a coupon code that works on the Pimax store. Which is basically useless right now because there is nothing on the store yet to buy, and that money can’t go towards any of the controller upgrade kits.

So… yeh. Anyone wanna buy a coupon? :rofl:
