A real ordeal this story, after I understand that now it works that it is the best helmet or almost because we are all dreadful disappointment of the incredible time, insane that all this will have taken, I know that there is great challenges, but damn it, they could have favored and materially thanked the contributors because there, it is the muddle of the models, prices to upgrade in 5k “anyway we understand nothing” and for those who gave more 'money, well I think we will feel it passed … Go soon, I come back every 3 to 6 months or so, I’m tired of waiting, it’s crazy to be tired of waiting .

Hoping they didn’t push my order back because they waited two months to tell me to pay an extra shipping fee…and it has been nearly a month since then. I was told that they were already arriving in the USA on Jan 8th, so hopefully we can get a more recent update now on shipment status than just “Once the goods are ready”.
Last week one of my tickets was responded to that they are backordered, so if your waiting, don’t hold your breath.
So any updates on the index controllers and base stations? At this rate we might as well just wait for the actual controllers…I only got the upgrade so I can actually use this headset as soon as possible

Mine came in about 10 days ago. I am in US. Tracking number email came the day before so not a lot of notice. Im currently fighting the headset not recognizing bug though so haven’t got it working to even try the controllers.

I know I’m a broken record on this but make sure you change the channel on one of your basestations, they are incorrectly configured in the box.

Ya both mine were on channel 1. I put one on 2 and one on 4… no luck so far.

Ok sorry to hear. Try a couple restarts, maybe update firmware, sacrifice a goat, etc.
