Vive Digital audio strap crackling, cant adjust for smaller heads?

I went ahead and picked up the DAS from vive and did the velcro attachment on the sides, worked fine for my head.

However, smaller heads there is no way to adjust tighter as the side velcro attachment cant go anymore forward and the rear knob is already at max.

Has anyone found a workaround?

Also… i seem to be hearing crackling with the DAS, anyone else have this issue?

I don’t have crackling. But as for smaller head maybe add foam cushion to back of head might work &/or thicker face foam.

Solution : when I can’t use other face foam, I have to use some material to make the headstrap to be fit with the head.

Or use official padding which bubbleball suggested.

Thanks, Interesting… i assume the 20mm version? That adds enough thickness to pull it tighter then i take it?
