So you have confirmed all Varjo purchasers have joined the Discord except Djonko? That is amazing.
As mentioned likely just an unusual case. But a rule one is often not alone. Just with the limited sales unlikely to be as visible as a mass produced item.
Support subscriptions are more to offset revenues with the added bonus of usually quicker support or exchanges.
Ie Bestbuy and Gamestop offer in store warranties on top of manufacturer warranties and often are better than a manufacturer warranty.
Ie your friend Bob drunk throws beer bottle at TV and they replace it as part of the extra cost of the bulletproof store offered warranty.
Can you tell us what kind of problem are they making? Is it because you have varjo from reseller or is it about dead pixel policy?

I confirmed nothing.
Grammatically correct would have been âeveryone that has reported on the Varjo support has reported [âŚ]â
I must say Varjo Support has been top noch! âSTELLARâ! There quality control on the other hand has left alot to be desired. I bought my headset used on Ebay, when I received it it had a few dead pixels. It was only like 2 weeks old though. Varjo shipped me a replacement within days. When I received that headset it had 1 dead pixel, a permanent vertical line like @Djonko is describing, and issue overheating do to defective fans. Within days Varjo has shipped me a loaner. I have 3 headsets at my house right now and a new 1 that is being shipped next week. They just now sent me 2 shipping labels to send the defective headsets back.

That you know of vs all whom have.
You proved my point unless they have only 69 units sold. So only of the Customers you know of have had no support issues within you limited sample pool

Yes @Heliosurge, you are absolutely correct.
Of all the users I know of who have reported on the quality of Varjo support, @Djonko is the only one [within that very limited sample group] who has reported a lack of quality support.
What isnât correct is that within that minuscule sample group nobody has had issues worthy of support. I feel your use of âsupport issuesâ could do with more refinement, we really wouldnât want to be misleading anyone here, would we?
Also, your use of âwhomâ is false and it should be âyour limited sample poolâ rather than âyou limited sample poolâ.
Thanks again for chiming in
My use of whom is not incorrect. Whom implies all who have vs your limited pool.
There is nothing misleading in my post. The less product made and sold creates a greater impact on customer service performance.
Ie 1 complaint out of 10 has more weight vs 1 complaint out of a 100.
This in no way says Varjo support on average hasnât been stellar overall. Your reading too much. Into the statement.
If you had a company (A) produce 100 units per year and have 1 customer only that has a poor experience vs another company (B) that produced 1000 units and. Had 50 complaints.
Company B has .5% customers with a bad experience vs Company A whom had a 1%
Company A still has had less customers with a Bad xp. But Due to low production.
There is nothing wrong with comparing these metrics. Benefit Company A has is there will be less visibility on a bad xp vs a mass produced item where a higher number of complaints will be more visible due to volume sold and produced.
A crowd will get more notice than an individual.
It does not imply that helio, at least not in the English language. It is simply grammatically false but honestly, wgaf.
You are obviously correct about the rest of your statement, particularly because the -3 generation of Varjo HMDs has only just been launched so the subset of non-business users of the HMDs is tiny.
Your right all doesnât imply it states it.
ââall of whoâ or âall of whomâ? - English Language Learners Stack Exchangeâ usage - âall of whoâ or âall of whomâ? - English Language Learners Stack Exchange
So maybe I should have âofâ. But it is quite clear it represents a whole vs some.
Ok, I guess weâre playing this BS ping-pong.
âThose you know of vs all of whom you know ofâ would have been correct but isnât what you wrote, not even close. Itâs missing an âofâ and most importantly the âhaveâ is nonsensical as âwhomâ describes a dativ and cannot be an active agent.
How you donât know this as a native speaker is bewildering.

Slang is great and varies by region as does proper spellings. Ie Colour vs color.
Same with Quebec French vs Franceâs french.
Now as you knew what it meant; I agree with you on BS ping pong. Sidelining the topic.
