Initially you will just see Date, Invoicing and Shipping Address, and most importantly, Delivery Orders - SH-WH/OUT/xxxxx
The Delivery Order will be appended with Shipping Vendor and Tracking when ready, so wait for this. Then, clicking on the second Tracking number will open a page with Fedex, or appropriate company.
Once you have the tracking number, of course you do not need to log in to Pimax any more and can reuse the link directly with Fedex, or set up notifications with them.
Usually the Fedex page will not correctly load on later revisits, which appears to be page items expiring in cache. Use Ctrl-F5 on your browser to bypass the cache and fully reload the page, this always works.

Just found out reason for my order not shipping and if you live in Calif you better check if reason for your delay. Even though I asked several times in tickets why my order has not shipped when I ordered Oct 31 Plan A upgrade. Finally when they are doing a refund (for my second ET they have not shipped yet) they tell me since my 8K-X will be shipping from Calif. they can’t ship until I pay 7.25% Calif sales tax. She added " Did anybody tell you about this before?" She seemed very nice and helpful. Hopefully maybe now it can get sent out.
Anybody else paying sales tax in US ??? How did you find out to pay if so??
Since you shipped to warehouse in Calif to ship from and I am in Calif … I now have to pay an additional 7.25% Calif sales tax but that’s not the worse. You FAIL to notify me you will not ship until the tax is paid even though I have repeatedly asked why my order from Oct 31 has not shipped yet. I only found out due to was asked when processing a refund for another order. Did you send something out about paying sales tax that I missed???
You are reading far more into that than is there. The statement was merely some orders are shipped direct and some come from satellite warehouses. This cuts down the delivery time for a lot of people both for shipments but also any RMA’s that arise.
Questions about taxes, customs, deliveries, pickup times and other considerations can be handled via the logistics team who are happy to assist you.
Nothing here either which is no surprise given that the weekly update is asking people who haven’t had any info to contact Quorra. How is it even possible they don’t know which orders have been shipped with details sent?
Absolute joke, if my order admin/operations team operated like this we’d be making some serious changes

And Pimax ignores this, is this how you treat your clients because of your own mistakes? It’s outrageous.
Mine was looking like that for about 24 hours then was it was picked up the next day late in the day. So hopefully your headset should be on it’s way tomorrow
We did not say anything along those lines. All our warehouses are in the same places they have always been. Merely said some shipments direct and some from satellite warehouses to speed up delivery to some folks.
Okay, but why, in this case, at least 3 people from Russia at the moment cannot get their 8KX, because they are asked for the company’s address for customs clearance?
I have a big request: just send us 8KX to Russia in the same way as they did with 8K / 5K + (from Kickstarter) - Russian Post (EMS). It will be convenient for everyone and no problem with customs.
Well, or maybe you will find some other way of sending from the USA besides Fedex, where there will be no problems with customs.
Just for some reason, Pimax tries to send 8KX via Fedex to customers from Russia, and this is unacceptable for individuals. persons in our country. That’s the whole problem, actually.
