Not your fault in any way. Pimax even confirmed by serial# you received a final unit. So hard to understand how this could happen.

You did an exceptional job on due diligence on verification. Which is why it is so puzzling that they got the info wrong.

Hi guys, my review of this preproduction model is coming up later today. I thoroughly tested it over the last few days and compared it with my other headsets in a lot of games. :slight_smile: ETA: 2 hours from now.
