this could change things for me, as the rift S may potentially be better than pimax 5K+, mainly due to virtual link, no base stations, high qaulity controllers with thumbsticks & better screen, only issue is low FOV, but may favour the rest before the FOV.
I bought it through bigapplebuddy. 500$ in total 
I just hope they can find one for me with the Black Friday deal.

Hi, is it slightly better (blacks) with the 8k than with the 5k+ or is the difference too small compared to oled?

“Unfortunately, your country is not part of that list but as the program expands we will gradually include more countries”
Looks like they only have a small amount produced

Lived there when I joined ther forum. Never heard of Kiahoro but I noticed Peter Jackson does the CGI for all the big marvel films now

The estimated shipping date for the Odyssey+ is all over the board on their site. When I ordered two days ago, it said, “Will ship week of Dec 16, 2018” prior to checkout. After checking out, it said, “Will ship week of Jan 20, 2019”. Since then it has bounced to “Will ship week of Dec 23, 2018” and has come full circle back to “Will ship week of Dec 16, 2018”.
Mine has shipped already. Bought from Microsoft store online.

Please share experiences with reliable 10feet+ extension cables. Considering that the Vive has a longer cable + breakout box, the O+ will be half as long which will be uncomfortable for roomscale experiences. I hate try and error through cables and appreciate your input.
