[Replied]Pimax Headsets Do Not Track After Upgrade

Have suggested implementing a roll back option when they have time.

Voodoo had the same problem and a Pimax engineer had to remote connect to his computer to fix it. If a Pimax engineer could connect with me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Added a couple of pokes to your post. From my understanding Doman was one of the techs that assisted some users with this.

Changed the PiServiceLauncher to run automatically and the issue is resolved.

I donā€™t think thereā€™s any need to be nasty about it, itā€™s just a mistake. And no doubt will be fixed soon, getting cutting edge tech like this comes with itā€™s teething problems after all.
Personally Iā€™m in the ā€œif itā€™s not broken donā€™t try to fix itā€ persuasion, so long as everything is working as I like it I wonā€™t ever upgrade anything unless I specifically require a feature, that goes for bios and software, this often makes life simpler as you sit back and read threads like this, people who instantly install new updates always run the risk of beta testing for the rest of us lol. So thanks for that. Plus now Pimax is in the wild and lots of VR channels are receiving them so your channel isnā€™t maybe as important as you seem to think.

Thanks! Or could you simply let us know what you actually do on these teamviewer sessions? Like what did you do on voodoos computer for example? Cuz then probably people who come across this problem can simply do it themselves wihout having to rely on a one on one session.

There was a software tracking issue on voodoos computer.But Iā€™m not sure if you have the same issue.So I have to check about it.
