Production Progress Update Jan 29/2019

Nov 6/2018
Dear Community,

Sorry for the late report.

Our production capacity can already reach 60-70 units per day by October. However, the last batch of housing cannot meet our requirement. There are only 200 sets of qualified housing in the warehouse. We have to reduced the production temporarily to ensure the quality of the headsets.

We have 1000 sets of materials in factory. (except Housing). 3000 sets of materials to be delivered by November 15th.

Moreover, we have improved sourcing and testing of the housing.

We are now testing the new components from our supplier. New batch of housing will be available next week. By then, our capacity will reach 50 units per day. We plan to order more from the suppliers. With enough components, we can reach the full capacity and hire more production lines.

Increasing production capacity is our primary goal for now. The next goal is to reach 100 units per day / line by the end of November.

I will update you the production and delivery here 2-3 times a week.

Dear Community,

Here are the production daily and production schedule for the last two days:

Production was suspended for 3 hours yesterday due to the production software breakdown, but it has been repaired. Please don’t worry.

Today’s production capacity has reached the schedule, and the headsets will enter warehouse tomorrow.

We will try to adjust production capacity this weekend to meet the production schedule this week.

Nov 12/2018

Dear Community,

Here are the production daily and production schedule for the past few days:

The workers on the 7 day last week were working, producing 163 units in total. 43 units more than expected;
Because the housing can arrive at the factory on Wednesday, so we focus on assembling modules today and tomorrow. When the housing arrived, we will arrange to assemble;
Last Thursday, the factory sent 81 units to our logistics partners, who will arrange delivery in the next two days.
On Sunday, the factory sent another batch and expected to arrive at the logistics partners on Wednesday. (specific quantities will be announced after arrival).

Dear Community,

Here are the production daily and production schedule for today:

We have assembled 50 modules as pre-assembly today. Hosing will be in factory tomorrow, and it is expected to start assembling tomorrow afternoon.
The headsets delivered last Sunday have arrived this afternoon. A total of 127 units will be sent to backers together. There are 55 units for 8K and 72 units for 5K+.
The tracking number for this shipment will be received tomorrow by email.

Dear Community,

Here are the production daily report and production schedule for the last two days:

Nov 14:

New housing arrived at the factory in the afternoon, so the production line only assembled 6 hours, a total of 26 units for 8K.
Assemble 38 modules before new housing arrive.

Nov 15:

Production capacity continues to climb, and it does not reach the expected 50 units, and a total of 31 units for 8K today.
Assemble 25 modules.
Tomorrow we will increase manpower to assemble the headsets.

Dear Community,

Here are the production daily report and production schedule for the last few days:

Nov 15

The production line produced 31 units of 5k+, and the module line produced 25 units.

Nov 16

The production line produced 34 units of 5k+, and the module line produced 15 units.

Nov 17

The production line produced 39 units of 5k+, and the module line produced 42 units.

Nov 19

The production line produced 36 units of 5k+ and 4 units of 8K, the module line produced 21 units.

We can now produce 40 units per day on a production line, and production capacity will continue to improve. But in order to deliver as soon as possible, we adjusted the schedule at the weekend. We can not wait until the production line is stable before adding new production lines. So we plan to add a new production line this week. We have recruited some workers this afternoon. They will start to work tomorrow.

It is expected that third shipments will be delivered this week. I will keep updated with new information.

The production line produced 44 units of 5k+ and 1 unit of 8K, the module line produced 32 units.

Nov 21

The production line produced 15 units of 5k+ and 15 unit of 8K, and the module line produced 65 units.

Nov 22

The production line produced 19 units of 5k+ and 42 units of 8K, and the module line produced 63 units.

Our headset have reached over 60 units per line per day from yesterday,we have achieve our production plan.Our headset output can reach the module output speed.

We will ship out next batch next week, and we will update the shipping amounts and backer numbers.
