But that one you linked would block a significant portion of the display. The whole point of Pimax releasing an official lens adapter is to have one that fits the entire display, so we need to find a way to get a lens that fits that.

It doesn’t block more than glasses frames.
There’s also nyajigon22’s frame that uses ZENNI lenses. More informations here:

But that’s the whole point. If it blocks the same as if wearing glasses, might as well just wear glasses. Pimax’ official adapter is supposed to allow lenses that cover the entire field of view without anything blocking at all, as well as allowing physical IPD adjustment to still work. Thus I’m asking how are we supposed to have lenses made that fit it (and where we can download the 3D print). Pretty sure Zenni Optical doesn’t make glasses with lenses like this

This one looks pretty good. I noticed you were in the discussion. How is it? Are you currently using it or you went back to glasses.

I don’t use glasses anymore, not because they don’t fit but because I always had to adjust them inside ^^
I’ve used my mod for months, it’s pretty good but my eyelashs tended to touch prescription lenses (due to inverse curve).
Now (to be accurate: untill I sent my Pimax 3 weeks ago for RMA), I use nyajigon22’s. Once I edited his model to fit with my IPD it’s perfect and I don’t need to add foam space anymore (I’m using Vive wide foam) :wink:

What ipd do you have? Mines 68 ipd. You think the 65 version is best for me? Pretty sure i can use the software ipd to change it to 68.

I don’t remember settings used but you’ll need supports. PLA is fine :wink:
