I’m fine with the controllers angle using PiTool, maybe it’s a bit subjective.

With ReVive is still possibile to change all offsets with OpenVR Input Emulator (sharky patch)

I hate facebook and the exclusives with all my soul, but it is impossible to deny that this game is a milestone for VR. Graphics, story, content, length, game mechanics, are true AAA. Lone Echo is a useless tech demo in comparison.

OK, I got it launched with SteamVR and controllers are not tilted…:point_up_2:

OFF TOPIC_______
but, while waiting for the Basestations (the new Index Controllers will be @myHome tomorrow), so that I can Play the game I stumbled over this Music:

and some how it just fits the Game, even if they are regionally quite a bit apart.
Edit: ok it gets Kind of repetitive at some Point but there is worse

I wonder if the Index controllers align properly in 180 but not 144. They are way out for me.

I might try Revive as I need to stick on 144 because of the hanging frame bug.

Much better if you are in for the music!

TLDR so this is an Oculus game? How does it work with ReVive and say, umm, Index controllers?

Works great with revive or direct from pitool.

Yes, it’s an Oculus exclusive, and it doesn’t work very well with ReVive at the moment. Luckily the native PiTool support works great. Index controllers are fine.

With ReVive there are severe stuttering problems, not only on Pimax but also in other supported headsets. ReVive developers are aware and will try to fix

recent issues are almost all about Asgard’s Wrath

How your character looks when you play with a Pimax

I do use Revive because my controllers were tilted with Pitool and the game run smoothly

Forgive my terrible accent, reading made it awful :man_bowing:

no revive performance is @ss for me, direct from pitool works great.

i use large FOV with agressive FFR.

had to bump in game resolution down but settings are on epic.

Question here:

How do we activate the guardian lines with games from Oculus software? Pimax is of course detected in SteamVR but I can’t start the setup in Oculus to the point of activating the guardians

Almost broke my hand tonight XD

cheers

@Leonardo
you can not activate guardian, as it is Steam vr overlay. But you may take small carpet (like for bathroom, my is 60cm in diameter) and while in game keep at least one leg on carpet. I have small playing space, so I keep booth legs on it.
I like it this way, as without guardian it is better “immersion”
