As per the usualâŚ
- All Average/Day is calculated using NETWORKDAYS() function which calculates the # of workdays between two dates.
- Running Avg/Day calculates the average since 07-Nov-2018 (batch 1)
- Avg/Day since last shipment is INCLUDING within batch
- Avg/Day since last batch is from the final day of previous batch to final day of that batch
Can we have a production update to see how things are going with 8k production?
You may want to recheck batch 14. I believe you have overstated it as the 264 is in the 472 also.

feels like they use backers headsets to replace faulty units and then we wait more for our units.
How comes a replacement can arrive that fast?

I donât know about that. It sometimes feels like they are using the proverbial âslow boatâ.
Even though I live in Australia support has told me my headset is being shipped from the UK .
Thatâs silly of them. Send it as far away from the destination as possible and then to the destination.
Hong Kong warehouse would make much more sense.
Thatâs what I thought . They have previously said that they have a distribution point in Australia .
Maybe they think youâre in Austria
