I did see in 1 of Mathews posts that they send more than they need to to the warehouses for matters like faulty units.
Letās hope Friday brings us UK backers good news, bet Pimax has done some dodgy import tax scam and customs have found out, and our units have been seized.

Poor @armanious: they sent him one of their infamously phrased āweāll be shipping pre-orders soonā email and he believes they meant to say theyāll be shipping his 5K+ on 25th Januaryā¦

Ok i just got confirmation that the first batch of preorder will ship in 8 days. Think that 25th is probably meant for 8k backers.

Itās getting pretty ridiculousā¦ Backers everywhere are getting their units and still no one from the UK is getting theirs. Every time we for answers the Pimax team just brush us off and donāt reply.
Im going on holiday in 7 days time and it would be really nice to know if it is coming or not before then so I can make arrangements for the delivery.

What is the state of the UK batch of units? Why is no one from the UK getting theirs delivered or even receiving any tracking information when others from countries all around Europe and the US are receiving theirs?
Any answers which are not the usual copy and paste saying that they are on their way to the overseas warehouse would be greatly appreciated.

Really getting fed up with the silence or blurry answer.
This has nothing to do with the culture, many Chinese friends and none of them behaves as such.
Itās becoming very clear to me that they might use our unit is to replace faulty ones.
How come a replacement arrives within a week ?
Then, they state having enough stock in overseas warehouse, so why they donāt send them ?
If mine is a week or two away thatās the deal and I accept it no worries, but a flipping month and a half being told BS really gets me.

Lul. yours seem to be stuck in UK for some reason. Mine already seems to arrived already at some local depot or something, should be here today or tommorow tops.
As a side note, i have too another parcel stuck in freaking UK for 5days already FFS. Thats from Aramex couriers.

yes but we are not just talking about me here my friend but all UK backers who see higher and foreign backers getting their pledge when all headset have to pass for the UK, even with 1/7 SH status.
Remember your reaction when you could not get answer, i am just fuming Bro.

Does someone know if the sent headset are only for those who answered the survey (asking a specific model), or if it also includes those that havenāt answer at all (just excluding those asking for delay) ?
