Pimax Day 2 update -

8K Plus and 8K-X now have special coating AS STANDARD, so no need to ask for the ‘RE’ special coating anymore of these new headsets.

I have bee waiting since February to RAM my 5K+, so why cant I opt out of every thing and swap back to 8K+, i have to send it back anyway,

Can the cable length be extended on the 8kX if you run in upscaler mode OR in normal FOV instead of large?

Loaners can be sent back by 8K-X backers but shipping up to 35 dollars must be paid by you.

OR

Loaners can be kept by 8K-X backers, if you give up the stretch goals and pay 200 dollars.

@Navi_8K I am backer of the full 8KX and the normal 8k headphone only, so I have 2 Strech-Goals and a set of controls + base stations.

Can I transform the 8k (which I finally have the 5k +) by the 8kx and give up the 2 Strech-Goals to further reduce the price?
All this assuming that the 8KX comes with the comfort kit?

8K -> 5k + -> 8KX (649 $ Opt-out All backer Stretch Goals from (8kx) + Opt-Out Base Station & Controller (from 8kx) + Opt out Eye tracking discount (8kX) + Opt-Out All Backer Stretch Goals from (8K) + Opt Out Eye Tracking discount (8k) Can I get more discount from this?

Valve ship controllers and base stations to Pimax, and then Pimax send them to customers.
