the backer perks are tied to the backer, not the headset serial # which means they aren’t entitled to any backer stuff just because they now have your old headset.

I honestly cant even tell the difference between 64 and 90 so Im lucky I guess. Refresh rates have never mattered to me in VR. I do realize everyone is different though.

Hmm did you listen? I might be wrong but eye tracking is not equal to eye tracking 180 degrees … and what i know from robotics and such - good hardware costs money.

The trick is to keep things calm as this is there house. Organize things in neutral spaces.
While calmly expressing not being happy here with pimax U-Turns. We can make things clear without giving one member any legit reasons to Ban.

But if you sell your headset you won’t lose anything. The new owner is not the backer of that headset as they don’t have your backer # or name, address that are all tied in pimax backer database.
Who would buy a cracked and defective headset? Pimax’s quality issues have made it impossible for any of us to sell one. Especially after the new models come to market, why would anyone buy a first one?

Well my 5k+ for example is in perfect condition. The reason people buy the vive vs the vive pro used on ebay is cost, they have a budget. It’s all a timing calculation just like with new car models…they lose value as new models come out, so they are worth more now until the 8KX and 8K+ come out.

Right! But I inteded to sell the whole package incl. kickstarter account with all the promisse rewards coming later on to make it more appealing. Luckily I didn’t and get spared of troubles.
