I tried to purchase on the pimax website the DMAS using my 100$ downgrade 8k to 5k coupon but it does not work

I’m using the Quest pro more often, I have not the Crystal yet, the price is too high I think
they changed the codes again.
there use to be a site to grab them.
but its gone.
i still have my two codes(never used them),
but i would also need to contact support to get both my 100$ credit for the 8k to 5k downgrade
(its not a coupon, its money that is owed so no limits are on it)
and my 100$ coupon from the wireless device again(new codes).

Its for backers only(been one since 2017).
If you did not get the wireless modular coupon(in the end it was never made).

then you need to contact pimax.
the 8k to 5k already been discussed.
its NOT a coupon, its credit.
they where baring people from using what was owed to us before.
stopping us from stacking or using it on what we want too before.
So its not a typical coupon.
(in reality it was more than 200$ owed to us, but instead they just handed 100$ coupon as credit…sad really)
