Is it possible to use same delivery method you used to send us the Kickstarter headsets, to send the upgrade (Vision 8KX)?

The reason for asking is that at least here in UK I was not asked to pay taxes when I received my 8K.

Or do you think it may be different situation this time and we will be asked to pay taxes anyway?

You said that the team is looking for delivery to EU/UK where we can avoid paying tax?

I’ve received an e-mail stating that Pimax will refund me the tax I paid.

It’s interesting that they have given the option to not get a refund? I can’t see why you would choose not to get a refund. Certainly in the UK the responsibility to pay VAT firmly rests with the importer not the exporter! Anyway I’m glad they’ve said they will issue me a refund.

Yes, it may be different this time. I can’t guarantee that you won’t be taxed in the same delivery method. We are still in contact with freight forwarding companies, because if we use UPS, DHL and other logistics companies, you will certainly collect taxes. The impact of the trade war was bad.
