Where do I find my order number? Is that a pre-order only thing? I put in my backer number 4633 and it says order not found.

Should I have gotten some tracking number for my 8K to AU by now? Had it really even been shipped?

Why does the page say “Order received” and not even confirmed, when I check my order’s status? Weren’t the Preorders supposed to be sent out on March 25th?

How long is the order suppose to sit in the overseas warehouse before its distributed? Just want to know how many days I should give before I start asking about tracking numbers and when is it going to leave the warehouse?

@mozi I noticed in my status query that I’ve been charged $110 USD of shipping of my preorder P123172. If I recall it correctly it was supposed to be $100 USD. Now I checked in Webstore for new orders, you ship with $60 USD. Why I and probably all other pre-orderers was so much over billed compared to others (backers $50 USD, now orders $60 USD)?

$60 shipping for headset and $50 shipping for deposit base/controller, i waited when i saw that, i preordered 3 months ago when shipping was free

Thanks @scorpion90 this explains it. I preordered 16th of Jan 19 so I missed the free shipping and you were lucky to get free shipping.

P122311 is giving me “Order was not found” even tho this order show up just fine on my https://pimaxvr.com/account marked as paid and unfulfilled.

Update: Tracking information showed up, I don’t know if someone saw my post and fixed it or whatever the reason but thank you.

yep, mine just showed up too. no idea if it was added or whatever, but yay, now i got a page to refresh every day !

i’m having the same issue. it shows up in my order history. when i check with chrome incognito, it shows shipping status as blank. any other browser and it says “Order was not found”.

Order number is P1159 in Order History but the incognito search shows it as P121159.

thanks armanious for the help, I went to put the data in the app you gave me, but as I said above I don’t keep the order number but a different number that doesn’t let me find anything. I need help from dallas or others with a private message since I have not received a reply with the various supens
