Even with RTX 2080, everything seems blurry and just like on Rift/Vive Resolutions (unreadable and blurry) (I'm getting angry, dissapointed already...)

Because we need to find something to direct compare. Now ED for me is a no go.

We’re all beginners this is new. :laughing:

Think Sweviver has his set to 3

This would affect smoothness more than actual picture quality i think.
Also 3 makes it more demanding on the card so it would push processor even harder.
Also Swiviver as more powerful pc.
How much usage on cpu/gpu when playing ?

Not sure if you even have a Vive, but the narrow face pad is thicker than the Pimax and fits well. It lets me use my glasses without touching the lenses.

Even though my I5-6500 (3.2ghz) didn’t seem to be holding my gpu back. It was. Judging by tge results @Jean-Mehdi posted the i7 is holding you back.

I had terrible aliasing & a variety of oddies happening.

A game to try is InMindVR it should run decently.

What does steam reccommwnd when you switch video from Auto to manual?

@allocen

arghhh…again more upgrades…wasnt rtx enough, my wallet is crying tho already… :sob:

Are your glasses set for the proper focal distance?

What did you had before ?
please don’t say a 1080ti cause in that case would have been better upgrading pc and keeping card.
