Can we update here the expected delivery dates of the 8K+ and 8KX headsets when backers have chosen an upgrade plan?
So when will the first HMD’s start to leave China and how many per week?

Yesterday I paid the 8KX using the update program without plans, (I am backer, and I wanted to keep my rewards) I asked in the store chat if I was still standing on December 18 as the date of shipment, and they said: January.

Lots of people have opted for the new plans, this means later orders wind up with later batches than the initial. As with any production there are always variables that can affect a ship date, if any such changes arise we’ll put out an bulletin with updated information but nothing like that so far.
Remember we have 400 X’s to ship to the original X backers who have been waiting the longest and are first in line.

Yes, in fact that plan was the one I used, since it is the only one with which you get the discount of 100 and keep the rewards of stretching.

As a suggestion,
In Matter of continues updates, maybe that could be a topic for a monthly or 2 weekly show, Where you could announce such updates and that information, progress reports and so on.
@SweViver and @PimaxUSA, establishing a continuous “show“ thing like that could help.
With software like alfaview.com it’s also „easy“ to do conferences x Country internally and maybe take short insights from there into the show without larger hassle.

I was around for the days leading up to PDay 2, but the date finally slipped enough I couldn’t tune in live as a friend came to stay from abroad. Even though she actually has a background in engineering, a Pimax stream is sadly not quite entertaining enough for most people hehe…may I suggest the addition of juggling with fire, cooking, or cats for the next one…

Any answer he gives you will be scrutinized and held as some sort of absolute truth then when they cant make the amount we will all be disappointed and angry.

I have considered that situation when I asked it anyway. I just want to hear an estimate and if they have learned anything from the past (hahahaHaHaHAHAHAHAHAAaaAAa) they could throw in a bit of margin to be safe.
