Okay!! Holy Cow. It looks like they fixed this issue finally. I can confirm I just got out of AW with the latest beta firmware and it works beautifully.

Its funny because they snuck it in there without mentioning it. It doesnt seem to come with Pimax Experience installed so you need to install that 0.60 yourself.
Wonder if the other Oculus games like In Death and A Tech Cybernetic are also fixed. Not that it matters as everything I play is working well and as they say “If It Ain’t broke”
Don’t need PE. Running every thing at PT 1.5 or 2 and 144 Hz and quite happy.

Right now on my 2080Ti . I’ve determined that I can either run RQ:1.0 FOV Normal or RQ: 1.25 FOV Small in Asgard’s Wrath
I might actually prefer 1.25 at small. 1.25 on Large for that game is a literal slideshow. Also smart smoothing in that game is not compatible. its a glitch fest
I don’t have an 8KX . Just a 2nd cracking 5K+. Likely my last Pimax.
