Makes their apology ring rather hollow though if the new support they provide is not accurate/effective.
In any case, I’ve filed a support ticket AND answered the survey again for the 5th time. Hopefully they can expedite it or something.
Bugger my no says I haven’t replied either. So now what do we do?

At least i can go to vacation now. As i thought my headset was not send at all (backer 1014).
File a support ticket I suppose. @Sean.Huang just poked his head in above, but didn’t have anything to say about our situation.
Pimax can you please send a confirmation email to backers to confirm that you received there survey results because this spreadsheet is highly inaccurate .
Or do I have to do another survey? Backer no 5067

It says under my backer number that you are waiting for the survey reply. I never got a survey, I got a direct email which I replied to. I got a reply back saying thank you.
If you could send me the survey then I will fill it out if needed. But you already have my answer.

That many people above 1000 didn’t reply to the first survey?? I know I did without any doubt but it shows I didn’t. I’m backer #1618. Is it a Pimax mistake? Or are you skipping people on purpose so higher numbers receive? @Sean.Huang @Matthew.Xu @anon74848233

I’m also very worried because my contract for my apartment ends in March, so if it doesn’t
arrive before then It’s going to cause a lot of problems.
Now we know why so many early backers didn’t get there headsets. The bloody survey doesn’t work .

That means Early to mid February. Now there is hoping they send it out of china before chinese new year.
