Good eye but still doesn’t explain why they didn’t receive so many surveys especially when most everyone seem to have filled it out the first time. Either a massive fuck up or they did it on purpose so they could say look backers with high numbers are receiving headsets.

The link I received was a unique, one time survey. Not sure if this is the case for other backers, but mine says I’ve already taken the survey when I click the link again.

Try the button further down the email , I just did it again using that button as opposed to the link , Survey is monkey business

Backer 3258 here. Filled out the survey 2 times and the spreadsheet still says “need backer to reply”. I also contacted Pimax support via email yesterday, but no answer so far

Same boat for me as well. Filled in several surveys but says on spreadsheet not completed. I want to believe this is just an error and the spreadsheet not updated yet. Patience…

I just filled it out again using the button at the bottom of the email. Maybe this is the problem. You have to use the begin survey button at the end of the email and not the link in middle of the email.
