What are you doing about the survey issue?
You skipped hundreds of people who answered the survey and never thought that something was wrong?

Guys please lets not start to jump on them, they just start the day and have many many ( too much ) Suspen tickets.

My address have not changed since kick-starter. (might look different on one letter as the kickstater website, as i remember, did not support the special letter Ø that are almost only used in some Scandinavian countries.)

You need to register with support separately. You can re-use your forum name and email though.

You need to create an account to submit a support ticket on support desk. Forum account is seperate but if mem serves will ask you about forum id.

And does that explain why people in hermany get their 8k and 5k no matter what backer number? I even got a mail from your support confirming my data is good. Yet my 8k (#1913) is nowhere to be seen! Get your sjt together and if you show up here don’t just answer the single question you can reply to without actually toiching the subject. That makes it even worse!

If this is the truth then pimax can learn (again) another lesson from not communicating enough.

If they had monitored this data flow coming from the survey and realized a large portion of the informations from low backers number was missing after a one or 2 weeks the survey was issued they should have immediately communicated with us about this anomaly, announcing they were sending a second survey and that the low numbers backers who would still not have replied after a week would be skipped until the next round of survey.

I’m not sure what all of this means, @anon74848233 can you please tell me have you got all the surveys?
People who has choosen the headset can not change anymore, but what about people whose survey you dont have, they will receive random headset or no headset at all?
Shouldn’t you confirm the delivery address atleast?

Now we need to fill a support ticket? Or not?

Because of Pimax poor organization/communication and because lot of people are now happy to receive the headset of someone else.

My status in the spreadsheet was as sent to SH. When I got survey request from pimax on Dec 5th there was only one link at the bottom of the message - “Begin survey”. I filled everything out including the address, and after that when I hit “begin survey” again webside wouldn’t let me do it with message that I already took it, even after a month.

The support has been discontinued or? :smiley:
