Can confirm here is how the survey email looked like that i filled out in december.
Oh and by the way it still confirms that i have taken the survey when i click the link of the december survey.

What is this I hear of a survey that was sent in January? I only received one in December.
They send out another survey in my case 2 emails that ended up in the spam folder where they asked us to fill out the details again.
They say because some people haven’t filled out the first survey which at least in my case wasn’t true.
Turns out their spreadsheet showed that at least 2000 other people had missing information from the december survey. Thats what they are saying but i filled out everything i even emailed them my data. And now we are waiting for their response to this mess.

Yeah…never got the second one. So, forgive me if you have already mentioned this, since you filled out both surveys, are you still on the “waiting for backer information” list? On the orginal spreasheet, which I know is incorrect, they indicate that they are still waiting on my info. I know it was confirmed as wrong, but it is still a little disconcerting.

when we look at the spreadsheet, PiMax shipped someone missing bv wrong information.
I responded to the monkey survey 9 times and personally I also sent confirmation e-mails and received a reply.
but still “No reply for information” in the sheet. it need spreadsheet update quickly

Seriously, did they really request to be spammed by hundreds of tickets ?? What happened to the resubmitted data and their promise to republish the spreadsheet? Pimax can’t stop disappointing.
This is what I call going from bad to worst. @anon74848233 please provide a formal communication on the next steps and also be aware that not every backer is looking at this forum hence I would politely and passionly suggest you send an email with a formal communication.

holy shit your right! i just went back to the Jan 4th survey and the link at the top is a different survey to the link on the bottom! when i click the top one it says i already did the survey , but when I click on the button at the bottom it takes me to a completely different survey that I have not filled out yet WTF.
Heres something weirder. I went back through all survey emails dating back to dec 4th.
I had filled in the survey on dec 5th(thinking that it was a duplicate) , because they had also sent one on dec 4th directly from pimax.(not from surveymonkeyuser)
Here is the history of survey emails i got , and when I filled them in.(4/6 i literally filled out today and 1 yesterday)

Is it possible that this whole problem is that all of us filled the survey from dec 5th and not the dec 4th?

The spread sheet says that i have not responded to the survey which I know is false.
My “survey” was done via email. Seems to have been much simpler than the surveys some of you have had to fill in.
Why couldn’t they do this for everyone?

Probably they thought of importing the data would be easier from the monkey, than manually from the emails. And firstly they would have had manually send the emails.

Fair point. Did they start using surveymonkey for the later surveys? Or was it inconsistent from the beginning?
Maybe at least for the people for whom surveys don’t seem to be working. Rather than asking them to try several times?

Thanks. Not sure who suggested to open these tickets but it shows how chaotic the whole Pimax saga is. I wonder what’s next.
