You are right… when I use the upper link I can still get a blank survey. When I follow the bottom link I get the message " You have already taken this survey". But I never got any email.

Well this is a big mess. Not sure if spamming the support helps.

I got the feeling that this could be the source of all this…Filled out the survey again by using the “Begin survey” link but also opened a support ticket - i guess they have to deal with that now =P

The Spreadsheet is 100% correct data based on my digging around. People who are getting HMDs are not listed on the spreadsheet as still needing to do the survey. It seems the surveys weren’t returned or some other issue where Pimax does not have the data for vast numbers of backers. There are two personalized survey links in the most recent mails, but one in the older mails. I don’t believe this to be the reason why surveys weren’t returned as some are suggesting, especially considering some people filled out via both email links. Others confirmed they filled out survey back in November and are now listed as not filling out survey. This would explain why higher numbered backers are getting HMDs before lower backers. Pimax assumed at the time of posting the Spreadsheet to be accurate hence why they posted it. They are now aware of a survey error for many backers. Hopefully, the data isn’t lost (surveymonkey has some comprehensive tools available), but if it is, the surveys will have to be completed again or some other method. This is my conclusion based on all the evidence.

I can’t change a given password without a given site asking me to confirm by email. if Pimax accepted address changes in the survey and didn’t confirm each with those backers, it is on them to do so before shipping. Now that all the backer numbers have appeared here, this would seem more than just advisable unless they are willing to replace any headsets claimed not to have been received in those cases.

Now folks if your ticket ends up being resolved ie you received headset. If system allows close your ticket.
