Edit: so now they got my data via Kickstarter, Email, ~6x Survey and Support Ticket.
Hope this is enough now… what do you think should i start to learn Mandarin and give them a call tomorrow just in case.

Is it today yet in China or still yesterday? Better submit a support request. Is it sunny or raining? I know, support request. What shall I have for breakfast? That’s right, support request.
If this is the only way the company can deal with customers than things are worse than I thought.
If someone lets people phone them with their concerns they would never be off the phone. People are flat out crazy.
It feels like Pimax is accepting this let everyone phone with their concerns deal…so it’s just answering supen tickets for the next four weeks. No more shipping.

There are 2 links in the survey mail, do you guys remember which one you used?

It could be that the first link doesn’t work and we had to use “begin survey”.

looks like someone said we should resend info about survey to Pimax opening Suspen ticket.
And then i think someone else said that it would be good to post it here.
Here is why the big ticket mess .
They will have a good day at work tomorrow… perhaps we should all delete our post and wait for them to come back to us.
