AMD released 1st 7nm graphic card in market. Did you switch to AMD camp?

Fair play. I saw a guy in a tutorial with the heat gun mounted & he was rolling the tube in front of it, & then as it started to go flexible he bent it & placed it down.
It seems there is definitely a technique & it may vary for different tube manufacturers.
To me, the question would be how many tubes will I go through before I get the technique?

It should be easy enough to get the hard tubing especially if you use 90-degree fittings. having said so I will be attempting glass instead of PETG /Acrylic and see how it goes . I’ll give it a go and post pictures when done. first, I need to get all the hardware components then design the loop.

Congrats!! That’s a sweet setup!

I have built a few rigid tubing machines and found bending the tubes a bit tricky . You need a bending jig and a heat gun and make sure you get rid of ALL the particles of plastic before you install the tubing because the clearance in the water bocks is minimal . Here is my current build .

Wow! That’s hardcore. :+1:

I didn’t even know “hardline” was an option. I’ve stayed away from liquid cooling, because it seems like too much effort. I upgrade my system on a continual basis and air cooling is so much simpler. Granted, I have a bunch of fans, but they are all good quality quiet fans. It’s not all that noisy, even though my system is overclocked.

Thanks ! also gonna try hard tubing later this year !

Never happend to me, but I always leak test for at least 6h or so…

How did it happen to you?

Lol oh Jesus you guys

They do even copper or glass tubing, Neal.
Or steel.

It seems kinda waste of effort though, soon after you realize the hardware is outdated, so gotta do it again

If you have look at my pic my tubing has a lot of connections and every one is a potential leak during testing . Both times it was my fault for being lazy and not covering the power supply and it only takes one little drop of coolant .

I luv the industrial look .

It looks nice tho the tubes should be polished . Googled the pic.

It seems I’m quite restrained compared to you guys btw.

I think I posted this here already, but:

I think it’s missing the MSI mascot

Even though I appreciate the steam-punk factor of the nice tubes, I never could really justify the effort and the maintenance. Right now when surfing my case is so silent that I hear my monitor more. When I start some game, I usually also put on my closed headphones, so the noise does not bother me either. Nice work though :+1:

Yeah, tuning a PC is just a hobby itself.

Another watercooler here with my rig (its had a new GPU since) - I also designed and built my own CNC router, which engraved the front and cut the ED logo on the back:

I love the etched case window! The metal cutout looks even better. Great mod!

I am using a Vega 56 card atm. I am planning to switch to an VII once versions with improved cooling start emerging.
