Newegg.ca and memory express both seem to get updated stock regularly for the 3090s. The 3080 seem to be scarce, but there is new stock coming fairly regularly now for the 3070s and the 3090s.
I think for virtual reality and simulation for 3090 although pricey is the best available choice.
