I purchased and had my pimax shipped months ago, and got it 2-3 weeks ago.
Why have I been text about getting another one!?!? I did not place any order!
I’m desperately trying to get in contact with Pimax since this morning and trying all forms of contact in hopes I can get some answers as I cannot afford another product/do not need.
did they charge you? if not, in my country its yours. 
I still await my first tracking info lol some people have all the luck lol
I was asleep when I received the email that I had purchase the headset then 2 hours after the first email it has said my order has been canceled. (Which is good?)
However my bank account shows no money coming out (Or it’s not been updated yet)
Why the hell has this happened? Extremely stressful, not gonna lie.
