Thank you for replying. May I ask why shipping is taking longer than the production? Isn’t shipping just packing up hundreds of boxes into a truck and dropping them off to Fedex? I understand there’s some paperwork and printing of shipping labels to attach to each box, but I just don’t see how that would take longer than producing the 8KX. Pimax has shipped thousands of packages before, it’s not like you are a new company learning the ropes. Rookie mistakes like not having the right customs documentation seems kind of strange.
Shipping has been a problem for Pimax as long as I can remember . I really don’t understand why .

One possibility is insufficient training. Another is a lack of procedures (which ensure consistency and reduce problems like missing items). That could be easily handled with checklists. It’s not that hard, but something is clearly amiss in the Pimax shipping department.
This isn’t a Pimax-only issue. Just this past week, we got a big box from Chewie which contained 2 small items. Unfortunately, we ordered 2 cases of items. The items are not even sold individually and each case is prominently marked “sold as set” or “not for individual sale”. Another clue was that the invoice was over $40 and the items shipped had a total value of less than $2.
