Where I have to contact about replacement?

It is very silence after I ship the headset back and wait the new replacement.

I contact by email and get recommend to use the support system, after that the ticket is changed to be “closed status”. I try to reply in the old ticket and no reply, I try to use email and no reply, I try to contact by page and no reply.

And I am not sure where I have to contact right now while no any reply from all channel.
Do I have to open the new ticket?

Still no any response on Monday.

Sorry for late response,Monday i have too many meetings. I checked the SUP 1185, it has been closed very early. I also try to reopen or clone another, but I am afraid you can’t get update in the future. so could you open an new one? issue type choose" technical support"

@mozi Hi, my friend return the headset after me, but he already get the tracking number.
I still not get any update for my case in support system.

I return the headset since 21 Feb, the headset arrived at pimax since 1 March, and it is around 1 month without any update. My friend ship back since 1 March (8 days after me).

I follow my case since 15/1/2019, it 's around 2-3 months.
