Sorry, this is a company where YOU are the one that pays. If you want to cancel, you’ll be asked to pay even more. Sorry mate.

This kind of stuff should preferably happen by the click of a button when logged into the store where You’re checking Your orders, as long as it isn’t shipped or being packaged yet…
Oh, and of course the payment shouldn’t be completed before the package was shipped, though in the case of a pre-order (where You might wait a very long time) that would be a problem as the customer would have to do a re-auth allowing the money to be “earmarked” for Pimax…
Oh, well… The headsets are advanced and that’s good enough for me!
On the Pimax webpage there is an “Order Support” link you can try creating a ticket there if there is no way to log in and cancel your order.
Indeed most online retailers you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been in process of shipping.
