Hi Beatet,

The SMAS is under production. We will first deliver to our original 8KX backers. Then followed by other such as upgrade plans / pre-orders / current owner upgrade plans / new orders and etc.

Shouldn’t you send the SMAS to Backers first or at the same time as the X Backers

As Helio questions. Why forget the 5K+ backers in your list. Didn’t they tell you the SMAS is a “stretch goal” that we have been waiting for, for 2 1/2 years?
It’s "backers first’ before pre-order and new order considerations.

We didn’t forget about the 5K+ / 8K Backer.
Backer will be on top of other orders, we won’t forget the contributions and supports from all the backers along this way.
We will reveal more information about the stretch goal.

supposedly there wil be a "pimax day 3 event " streamed live sometime in May that will apparently address this.
