What's the difference between Amazon UK 5K XR headsets (2 XR different price tags)?

I’m seeing 2 5k XR headsets being sold on Amazon UK with 2 different price tags. What’s the difference? Why shouldn’t i buy the cheaper one? I’m sure the UK and EU adapter doesnt cost 200 euro
