With all the discussion about which HMD is better, the 5K+ or the 8K, I got to thinking that Pimax should take any units of the 8K that they don’t sell, and make a 4K+ with those components. Give the community a 4k 72hz 110 degree HMD with Lighthouse tracking for a reasonable cost.

Truth by panel specs they could likely have the full 90hz without the scaler like the 5k.
Add in modular support & they have headset positioned to complete with the Vive Pro in the gen1 FoV.
