What’s the current roadmap?

We’re almost hitting March.

I’m just curious what is the plan now?

How many more prototypes are planned?

I think that the M1 is not the last one, so two if we are lucky.
I expect less than ten M1 prototypes, including for testers and roadmaps.

imho OP probably though about HMD versions not quantity…

If I remember correctly I think Xunshu said that medio march headsets will be sent out to a group of testers. Their feedback will be used to refine the headset.

The v5 shown at ces had some changes that came with issues… First they need to optimise it.
When that is done they should update us on it and start sending a small amount out to some early backers.

People like sweviver and mixedrealitytv… They should give is great reviews!
If they are positive about the headset i believe that will be it. And the headset is finished, ready for mass production.
If they find issues that need fixed, then maybe pimax will need to fix those first…

So it’s hard to say or put dates on that.
