As the heading says supposedly Pimax was going to communicate more regularly,Bullsh*t ,
It seems we backer’s, pre order customers are just left to wait and hope that there orders
will be fulfilled.
Chinese New Year is long gone,so really there is no excuse, and still we are not being regularly informed of outstanding orders (XR ) in particular ,reading the forum there also are a lot of customers cannot get answers from support !!! mate to me the excuse that this is a small company is rubbish
It does not take a lot of personnel to daily check and answer backers and customers queries
SHAME on YOU PIMAX you have a great product but the way you keep silent REGULARLY
is damaging your company big time ,also the fact you don’t seem to be able to send tracking information is amateurish to say the least.
I Agree with you totally but watch what you say as they will remove posts and ban you if they dont like what you put too much its happened to me.
As a backer also and still waiting i see no reason why they are acting as they do

I guess Valve’s Announcement of the Index HMD is causing some trouble behind the scenes 
They are probably busy with lots of meetings and re-scheduling of their plans for this year. I mean, we are 4 months into 2019 and nothing really happened for all the Pimax users. No headstrap, no new face foams, no controllers or any kind of other kickstarter rewards. I said it before and I’m gonna repeat myself; the one year delay of the kickstarter campaign might broke their neck. Since Valve is finally coming out with their Knuckle controllers, I totally lost my interest in the version from Pimax and if Valve comes out with a fully polished HMD, my Pimax will most probably start to collect dust or getting listed on ebay. Not a bad HMD, but feels like Early Access and I’m tired of waiting.
I see your point and with still waiting for mine i cannot comment on how good or bad it is but to treat backers and buyers like sh*t is far from the right thing to do there are just simply no excuses for how they lead people on with dates and promises only for them to be broken i know a lot defend them but any business that acts the way they do dont really deserve to do well despite how good the product is.
Rant over and really want to love the pimax if and when they both arrive but patience now is about depleted
