Last two week I play on gear vr to test and it look too much brightness.
After that I found issue about floating image or text when reading in monitor.
But now is better.
I think I should protect more for my eyes, so what is better between sunglass and blue cut glasses?
Difficult to say as it is likely more preference. For Blue Cut as long as Sunglasses are polarized should I believe give same protection.
Sunglasses are better at blocking blue light. You could also use UV blocking screen protectors instead and cut them to the size of lenses.
I think it depends upon your need, for me sunglasses is best but to protect your eyes form the harmful blue light then blue cut glasses is best.
