Just the Feelfreal fellow I believe… At least visibly.
But feelfree is more that a perfume scenter & could be quite good.
I know in the US there is a real issue with black market cannabis vape pens that are adding vitamin E acetate which is causing severe lung issues. Of course that is an easily preventable problem that would be solved by legalization and regulation making sure vape pens being sold arent adding that substance.

Yeah I remember this was an issue in Cannabis oil spread in Black Market in Canada as well. But long before Vaping.
Vitamin E additives also makes one need more as it dilutes effectiveness.
