1.Backer Box Now Shipping / Shipping Update
We have begun to deliver the backer box last week and expect to continue shipping the boxes at a rapid pace. Between all the shipments we are preparing at Pimax every day (headsets, backer box, accessories, rma’s etc.) we are shipping at a rate far higher than at any other time since we began.
Special Note: FedEx EU has a new policy that creates a daily limit on the number of packages we can ship which will effect some of the shipments there.
Our logistic team is working hard to complete as many backer box shipments as possible before 31st October 2020.

2.Hand Tracking Module Shipping Update
While we are very focused on the backer box shipments, our logistic team is also continuously scheduling shipments of the Hand Tracking Module for those who have ordered it.

3.It’s 8KX! @OpenMR Event

4.8KX Backer Loaner Returns
There are still 8KX backers who have not returned their loaner. If you did not use Plan G and didn’t return your loaner this is preventing you from receiving your 8KX! If you are in this category please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a return label and once we receive the loaner we will ship you your 8KX.
You may try to submit a ticket to our helpdesk for the return program.
5.Backer 8K Plus and 8K X Upgrade Plans Suspended For Now.
Now that we are shipping Backer Boxes, we are suspending the 8K+ and 8KX Upgrade Programs since they include options to Opt-Out of Backer Box that are now committed and shipping. We will replace these plans with updated plans at a later date.
