- PIMAX NOW EVENT
Our Pimax Now Event is nearly here. We expect this event to take place next week or early the following week. We will advise with further information.

Where to watch: Youtube Pimax Channel and Sweviver Channel
Team members will be present in the live chat to answer questions.

We will also create a forum discussion thread for the upcoming event so backers and Pimax fans can bring up topics and suggestions for items you would like to see answered. Please keep this discussion civil and constructive.
- 8K X PRODUCTION
8KX headsets are being produced in 3 batches. We are currently working on batch #2 but the devices have not yet been paired with the SMAS.
As previously noted none of these devices will be shipped without the SMAS. One small note is the new thin extra foam had some small issues to be resolved and only a small number of these were of satisfactory quality.
- STANDARD MODULAR AUDIO STRAP
We can report the SMAS went into production on June 10th. Included in this update is a photo of the SMAS assembly line. These SMAS shown here are all and ones already produced are reserved for the 8KX.
- Eye-Tracking Module
The eye tracking module continues to have the same production schedule from previous updates. We receive our next batch of internal samples built from production tooling June 15th and we have a special internal build of Pitool that supports the Eye-Tracking module testing with a wide variety of software.
- Hand Tracking Module
The hand tracking module release candidate housings are completed. This production is slightly behind the Eye Tracking module for reference. Next week we will be doing full testing on the release candidate PCB’s. You may check on those pictures for the first completed tooling.

We have now launched live chat access from our support page.
We have found this can sometimes quickly resolve questions and problems in a much simpler way than creating support tickets.
