The one I used measured it withing a few points, like super consistent. It’s free, and as mentioned uses a bank or credit card to measure off. Takes 2 seconds. It’s pretty much exactly what the Oculus software told me a few years ago. Recommend it thoroughly. Can’t remember what it’s called though!

I measured mine as 65mm (ruler in front of the mirror method), but it’s actually 64mm when measured professionally
Not sure I see any difference though and I’ve been using 65mm since I got my Vive years ago…
