Warranty on Backer Headsets

We’ve had our headsets for almost a year now, or has it been over a year already?

Many of us dont have lighthouses and have been waiting for Pimax to ship them
As such our headsets have been gathering dust, unused all this time.

So if we do get our lighthouses in March, what happens if the headset develops a fault?!
It’s not our fault we havent been able to use these headsets thanks to not having lighthouses.
So where do we stand if something happens?

Yep, backed the headset over a year ago and still can’t use it. I already gave up on your Pimax sword controllers and bought the index controllers the day they were announced. Now please just give me my Lighthouses, I’ll even go with the extra shipping cost if I have to
