VR settings for racing sims

. Any decent VR graphic settings for rFactor 2 and ACC?
Would I benefit from foveated rendering and how is it activated? I use steam VR.
I run a i7 4790K, 1080 ti and 8K X. I know I need to upgrade but I’m not impressed with the current PC tech and asking prices(Australian) 4090 = $3000+

For Foveate rendering you will like me need to uograde GPU to min Nvidia 20seriea.

@Lebois could likely offer some setting suggestions.
