What I wouldn’t give to have access to the firmware for the board driving the panels. to tinker… but it’s probably closely held by Pimax (and with good reason)
I used to tinker immensely with my old QNIX (Korean OC monitor) a barebone screen without scaler board directly driven by the DualDvi, so what you chose as an output (pixels horizontal and vertical, pixel clock, back porch, front porch and all those things amounted to a displayed output of higher Hz. an example would be that it OC’ed from 60Hz to a 116Hz without a hitch when displaying a little less pixels in total + more settings perfected
