Under 1.2.57 HMD is often black in PiMax Mode

Swithcing mode to Video then beck to Pimax usually gets it going.

You want to do this BEFORE you start SteamVR.

Exiting/Restarting SteamVR helps.

Sometimes this has to be done twice or more in a row before it works.

That never works for me, only going to Video Mode or unplugging and replugging the HDMI cable works.
